STEP I. Consultation
We will provide you with a free first consultation to discuss your build. If you choose to engage us, we can sign a preliminary contract for your work to begin. We will engage the Architect and Planner, consult with you on the job, and obtain all necessary consultants and consents on your behalf.
With this preliminary contract, we can move to Step 2 and get a formal quote.
We want you to have a realistic expectation for your project with no hidden surprises.
STEP 2. Quantity Surveyor Quote
When you are satisfied with the design and estimate, we will submit your drawings to an independent certified Quantity Surveyor to accurately price your build or renovation.*
STEP 3. Acceptance, Contracts, Consents
Accept…Sign…Consent. After you accept the Quantity Surveyors quote, we can sign the main contract and wait for the consents for the build to proceed. Consents take about a month so remember to move early to avoid disappointments
